What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns or issue refunds. If you have any issues with your product, please contact us at hello@shopjmfr.com as we address exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

Why don’t you accept returns?

The environment. Returns are incredibly harmful to the environment. Returns generates billions of pounds of landfill waste per year in the U.S.

What if my package is lost?

We will do everything we can to track down your package!  We will follow up with the shipping carrier.

JMFR is not liable for any packages lost by the Postal Service, or packages that are marked as delivered but not received by the customer. A claim can be filed for the item with USPS. If the claim is not approved by the carrier, products will not be replaced.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! When you spend $50 or more and live in the US.

How do you ship plastic free?

We ship everything plastic free in recycled cardboard boxes with paper wrapping, labels, and tape. All of our shipping materials are 100% recyclable and compostable. Also, we work with our vendors to ensure that products are shipped plastic free, and we reuse packaging whenever possible. 

How long does it take to ship my order?

Orders should arrive in 2-10 business days. You will receive an email order notification with a tracking number to track your shipment.

Can I change my address after I place an order?

Please contact us at hello@shopjmfr.com with your order number and updated shipping address to request an address change to your order, and we will do our best to accommodate if the order has not been shipped.

Can I combine two orders into one shipment?

Please contact us at hello@shopjmfr.com to request that we combine your orders and we will do our best to accommodate! Please include both order numbers.

Do you offer international shipping?
